Antonin Kinsky saved superbly from Sean Longstaff deep into the 13 additional minutes, as the midfielder broke into the box and lashed an effort from close range.
Kinsky tipped the strike onto the bar, as Spurs clung on, and they were denied a late penalty as Lukas Nmecha collided with the returning James Maddison, who went down under the striker’s challenge. The result leaves the hosts two points clear of the drop zone with two game remaining, and they travel to Chelsea next.

"He is young and is a talent. I will kiss him and hug him. He doesn't need too many words,” De Zerbi said on the French forward.
"He was sorry for the mistake, it can happen to a young player."
De Zerbi gives thoughts on Maddison penalty claim
"I don't know. I think the referee was not in the right condition today,” De Zerbi told Sky Sports.
"Maybe he was not so calm. Nothing for the result, I didn't see the situation of Maddison.
"Yesterday, in West Ham vs Arsenal, it was tough for everyone. Maybe for the referee as well.
"I don't want to speak about the Maddison penalty, I didn't see."
