We aim to be accurate. When we get something wrong, we fix it openly.

If an article contains a factual error, you can report it using the form below, including any supporting evidence. We review every submission. Verified corrections are added to the affected article with a dated note explaining what was changed and when; significant corrections are flagged at the top of the article.
