West Ham will play Sevilla in the last-16 of the Europa League.
The Hammers reached the stage for the first time by topping their group while Sevilla have won the tournament a record six times and on four of their last five appearances.
Seville will also host the final on May 18 at the Estadio Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan.
Rangers have been drawn against Serbian side Crvena zvezda after Giovanni van Bronckhorst's men saw off competition favourites Borussia Dortmund with a 6-4 aggregate win last night.
The first legs will be played on Thursday, March 10, with the reverse fixtures scheduled for March 17. Porto and Real Betis will play their first leg at home on Wednesday, March 9 to avoid a clash with Braga and Sevilla on the same night.
