Which spring trend is a practical choice for the last chilly weeks of February?

February. What a month. The sun still sets way too early; it’s cold, wet; there have been Tube strikes; side-stepping of romantic disasters (just me?); and, more importantly, most people just don’t want to keep on wearing footwear that requires socks (again, this could just be me). Luckily, there are quite a few spring/summer trends that can work for the tricky pre-spring period. Take the sportswear trend, seen everywhere from Gucci to Pucci; its luxey fabrics aren’t confined to bra tops. I love this neoprene sweatshirt by Atea.
