Louis Tomlinson messages Louisa Johnson as he backs her to win X Factor

One Direction singers Louis Tomlinson and Niall Horan have thrown their support behind X Factor 2015 hopeful Louisa Johnson.

The 17-year-old received a direct message from Tomlinson after the band performed on Sunday night’s results show.

Speaking to the Daily Mirror, Essex-born Louisa said: “Louis Tomlinson direct messaged me. He just said, ‘Good luck’. It was nice to have support.

“I replied, saying, ‘Thanks so much.’ He’s just a normal person.”

But despite attention from the singer, Louisa – who recently split from her boyfriend Ellis – said she is not attracted to him.

“He’s not really my type,” she revealed. “Which is a shame as ‘Lou and Lou’ has a nice ring to it.”

Horan also expressed his praise for the teen hopeful after they met backstage.

Speaking about her encounter with the Irish singer, she said: “He was saying, ‘Let your personality shine through’. Those two seem to be backing me, which is nice.”
