Gustavo Kuerten is ready to make his Parisian dream come true by winning the French Open for the second year running.
He cruised into Sunday's final with a straight sets win over Juan Carlos Ferrero.
Kuerten admitted that the experience gained in previous years was crucial to his semi-final victory.
"I drew on the experience from the other years I won here," he said.
"I was comfortable. I attacked when I needed to and when I needed to break I did.
"I think my fitness has been a bit more than the other guys. I think I'm going to be ready to enjoy the final. Many dreams are coming true for me in Paris.
"But I still have many things on which I can improve.
"I can hit my forehand harder, I cannot miss as many shots with my backhand, but I'm getting there every match and that's the key to winning the tournament."
