Who has qualified for Fifa World Cup 2018? Every team through to the Russia finals

Peru clinched the final World Cup spot with a play-off victory over New Zealand on Thursday.

The South American nation booked their place in the World Cup finals for the first time since 1982 with a 2-0 victory in Lima following a goalless first leg.

It came just a day after Mile Jedinak's hat-trick fired Australia past Honduras to send the Socceroos to a fourth straight World Cup.

In Europe, Switzerland, Croatia, Denmark and Sweden won their play-offs as 2006 world champions Italy missed out on a place in Russia.
