Wayne Rooney will make his first appearance since England's humiliating World Cup exit at the hands of Germany when Manchester United play an Irish League XI on Wednesday.
The 24-year-old striker was given an extended break following the tournament in South Africa but will return to action in Dublin along with Michael Carrick, Nemanja Vidic and Park Ji-Sung.
Wednesday's game will be the first football match to be played in the recently completed 50,000 capacity stadium that was built on the site of Lansdowne Road.
