Tottenham have climbed above Chelsea in the latest Uefa coefficient rankings ahead of the new European season as Arsenal keep their top-10 place.
Coefficients are based on a club's results previous five years in Uefa competitions over the past five seasons, including the current even at its early stage, with Spain dominating the top of this year's combined scores.
Real Madrid maintain their place at the top after winning three of the previous four Champions League finals, but Atletico Madrid have moved above Barcelona and Bayern Munich into second in the latest figures released by European football's governing body.
Spurs reached their first ever Champions League final last season, losing 2-0 to Liverpool, to move from 17th to 12th as Chelsea drop from 12th to 14th.
Despite winning the Europa League last season, Chelsea have been leapfrogged by both Spurs and Dortmund as points earned for reaching the Champions League last-16 stage in 2014/15 is no longer applicable.

Manchester City stay sixth and are joined in the top 10 by Liverpool (eighth), Arsenal (ninth) and Manchester United (10th). Arsenal are facing a third season out of the Champions League but deep runs in the Europa League and last-16 exits in the top-tier competition have maintained a high score.
Outside of England's 'Big Six', Leicester City are the next highest-ranked English team in 59th place, their sole season, and run to the quarter-finals, good enough. Wolves, Burnley, Everton, Southampton and West Ham are all in a row from 82nd to 86th.
