Action from Group A of the new-look Club World Cup continued tonight and the end result sees Inter Miami joint-top with Palmeiras after recording an historic win over Porto. Both teams come into this game on the back of goalless draws on matchday one, but the Herons are now on the brink of qualifying for the round of 16.

Whilst contact seemed minimal, a penalty was awarded and Samu Aghehowa was able to squeeze his effort past Oscar Ustari.
Telasco Segovia finished off a fine team move by rifling an effort into the top corner to equalise for Inter Miami before Messi took centre stage. Moments after warming up with a long range free-kick, the 37-year-old curled home a brilliant effort from much closer to goal to complete the turnaround.
