Swansea head coach Francesco Guidolin believes incoming Chelsea manager Antonio Conte is ready for the challenge that awaits him in the Premier League.
The Blues announced this week that Conte, who is currently in charge of the Italy national team, will become the club's new permanent manager this summer once the European Championships in France ends.
Conte will be tasked with the difficult job of hauling Chelsea back on track by steering the team to Champions League qualification while rebuilding the squad and trying to compete for the Premier League and domestic Cup trophies too.
The 46-year-old will be expected to get results quickly, and one aspect that could determine how well he does in his first season in England will be his ability to communicate with his players.
Conte has been learning English for some time now - and recently demonstrated his speaking skills in an interview with a Belgian TV channel - and Guidolin believes this will be important during the early stages of his time at Stamford Bridge.

"I must welcome Antonio who I think is a good, young manager and an important manager who can work very well in the Premier League, but I don't know what problems he will have," Guidolin said.

"The most important thing is to have the possibility to communicate with the players, the director and the chairman.
"That's important at the beginning and I think he's prepared for that."
Guidolin's Swansea side will host Chelsea at the Liberty Stadium on Saturday afternoon, with the Blues missing several players including Diego Costa, John Terry, Nemanja Matic, Eden Hazard and Loic Remy.
