Temptations cut gig short after frontman Larry Braggs has 'horrific' fall off stage

The Temptations were forced to cut short a gig after frontman Larry Braggs had a nasty fall off stage.

Fans in Manchester were left shocked on Saturday night as the Motown legend lost his footing and tumbled off the stage during the last song.

According to his agent, Braggs was rushed to hospital for an emergency CT scan after the accident, before being released the following morning.

But despite the painful-looking fall, it seems that the singer was back on his feet in no time, performing with the band in Leeds that very evening.

Braggs’ manager Michael Brotten told the Manchester Evening News: “I have recently talked with The Temptations management team Star Direction Inc on the tour in England.

“They have informed me that Larry Braggs was taken to hospital last night where he was evaluated, treated and released at 4am local time.

“He is in good spirits and looking forward to tonight’s show.”

According to a number of fans in the audience, Braggs fell forward off the stage and hit his head on the floor in a ‘horrific’ fall.

“Jesus. My Dad just watched The Temptations at Manchester Arena and the lead singer has fallen off the stage hoping he’s ok sounds horrific,” one person wrote on Twitter.
