Frankie Bridge sparked a debate among the Loose Women panel when she revealed that she doesn’t wear a bra.
The former The Saturdays singer and mum-of-two, 33, dropped the bombshell during Friday’s episode of the ITV daytime show.
“I just don’t like wearing them, they used to be the first thing I’d take off when I walked through the door. When I was younger I was a triple A, so I didn’t need one,” she said. “When I was pregnant they were massive and I hated them. I’ve never been measured in my life.”
Bridge’s co-stars were dumbfounded at her confession, with Nadia Sawalha commenting: “If I took my bra off the second I got home, I wouldn’t get anything done!”
While Judi Love chipped in by saying: “When I take off my bra some food falls out!”
As part of the segment, the panel were all fitted for bras by a professional, but it remains to be seen whether or not Bridge will change her mind about wearing one.
Viewers at home seemed to enjoy the bra discussion online - especially comments by Love - saying it made them “laugh out loud”.
“OH MY WORD. I’m absolutely loving Loose Women today, I’ve cried laughing from the start,” said a second.
Some questioned the accuracy of the bra fitter’s tape measure however.
“I think those women measuring the girls’ bra sizes need new tape measures,” wrote one.
“We would like a re-measure!! No way are those right,” agreed another.
