Louis Tomlinson and X Factor contestant Matt Terry have finally confirmed that they are in fact two different people.
The singers – who look uncannily similar – both attended the Pride of Britain Awards and marked the momentous occasion with a selfie.
Terry, 23, posted a picture of the pair sporting near identical hair.

Terry has been compared to the former One Direction singer since first auditioning on the X Factor.
As well as Tomlinson, Terry has also had support from Shayne Ward, Vicki Pattison and Academy Award winner Sam Smith.

Terry has remained a firm favourite among the judges and wowed them with his “best performance” on Saturday night as he covered Nina Simone's I Put A Spell On You.
Simon Cowell said: “Matt, for me this is your best performance in the whole competition.”
