The red carpet was laid out for the Star Wars cast as they boarded a London bound R2-D2 inspired plane.
After wrapping up the global premiere of Star Wars: The Force Awakens at the Dolby, El Capitan, and TCL Theatres in Hollywood the cast took flight on Tuesday afternoon ahead of the London premiere.
Harrison Ford, Mark Hamill and Carrie Fisher joined new members Daisy Ridley, Adam Driver and John Boyega, as well as director J. J. Abrams at the Los Angeles International Airport.
Droids R2-D2 and C-3PO also posed for a photo alongside Chewbacca actor Peter Mayhew.

Abrams and Lupita Nyong'o, who plays Maz Kanata, pulled their biggest smiles as they posed for a selfie on the gangway, while Fisher posed alongside her dog, Gary.
The French Bulldog has accompanied the Princess Leia actress on the promotional tour and has built up a strong fan base, thanks to his Instagram account – @garyfisher.
