St Vincent surprised fans after she was spotted working as a waitress in her sister’s restaurant.
The Grammy Award-winning musician gave diners a shock when she waited tables, cleaned plates and delivered food at the Dallas restaurant over the weekend.
One restaurant-goer posted a snap of the singer – real name Annie Clark – in full uniform at Resident Taqueria.
The snap was captioned: “Hungry? thirsty? when do u ever get to have Annie brings u the best tacos and margaritas to your table!”

Another eagle-eyed diner tweeted the singer to say: “Thank you for refilling our napkin dispenser last night!"
He added: “She was WORKING. clearing tables. restocking Topo Chico. she refilled the napkin dispenser on our table. this is a strange world."
While some people clearly thought the singer did a good job, she wasn’t so convinced herself.
The 33-year-old is currently in a relationship with British model and actress Cara Delevingne, who was in the UK this weekend.

When asked recently by Rolling Stone if she identified as gay or straight, Clark replied: “I don't think about those words. I believe in gender fluidity and sexual fluidity.
“I don't really identify as anything. I think you can fall in love with anybody. I don't have anything to hide but I'd rather the emphasis be on music.”
