Madonna showed off her moves as she twerked for James Corden on Carpool Karaoke.
The Queen of Pop joined the chat show host for a sing-along through the streets of New York for The Late Late Show skit.
A teaser video shows the singer twerking in the passenger seat as Corden watches on in fits of laughter.
Jumping into the car she told The Late Late Show host: “I don't really like riding around in a car unless there's music.”

She also got into the groove as she taught Corden the moves to her 1990 hit Vogue before bouncing along to B**** I’m Madonna.
Corden then went on to question her relationship with Michael Jackson, asking: “What was a night out with Michael Jackson? Or a night in?”

The full video will be released on Wednesday.
Madonna announced her stint on the show last month when she posted a selfie with “Road Dawg” Corden.
She posted: “Riding around Manhattan with this Hunk of Burning Love @latelateshow Carpool Karaoke.
“Get in the car with my Road Dawg James Cordon @latelateshow Carpool Karaoke!”
She follows in the footsteps of Britney Spears, Mariah Carey, Stevie Wonder, One Direction, Gwen Stefani, Red Hot Chilli Peppers, Lady Gaga and Michelle Obama.
