Comedian Johnny Vegas has revealed he accidentally exposed himself in front of Joan Collins.

Vegas, 45, was filming a scene in a bedroom with the legendary actress, who was making a guest appearance on the ITV show, when he noticed the hole in his boxers.

Speaking on This Morning he recalled the moment Collins screamed at the sight.

When asked by Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoghby who his favourite guest star was, he replied: “My favourite would have to be Joan… I did the bedroom scene without realising that I'd worn torn boxer shorts that day.

"So I revealed more to Joan than I was expecting."

Asked if she screamed, he joked: "Yeah! Little bit. Both ends."

Vegas said that the show's popularity quickly took off and people now book their holiday at the Sol Pelícanos Ocas where all of the swimming pool scenes are filmed.

"The first year in the hotel, people were complaining we'd taken over half the pool," he said. "Second year, people are booking in just to see it.

"There are some people creeping into shot. They get past security and they'll do a lap.

"They're thrilled to see you but you get to know what it must be like to be an A-lister. An A-lister with lager."

Vegas will make his return to the TV show on January 11 at 9pm on ITV.
