Gemma Collins has revealed she has forgiven Jason Gardiner over their on-air spat and amid claims he was threatening to “sue her”.

The judge – known for his Mr Nasty persona – branded Collins a “brat” after she accused him of “selling stories on her”.

Gardiner also liked a string of negative tweets about the star – some claiming that her fall on Sunday night’s show was “karma” .

But Collins has said that she “forgives” the Australian star because she “can’t be bothered with any ill-feeling” - but admitted that his comments were “hurtful”.

“I can’t be bothered to keep any ill-feeling going on, I just end up being as bad as them, do you know what I mean?” she told The Sun.

“I’ve never spent longer than ten minutes with him so I just felt calling me a ‘brat’ was really unfair and he was hurtful. He doesn’t attack the other contestants.

“We never see Jason backstage. That’s why I was so shocked when he was saying what he was saying because I’ve only ever met him twice, and that was for two seconds, not even a long time.”

Collins, 37, told the publication that she felt Gardiner had since dropped any sue threats after “realising he shouldn’t have gone for her” after only mentioning lifts “because of her weight”.

She said: “It felt like he was saying no one could lift me. At the end of the day, the show’s not called Lifts On Ice, it’s called Dancing On Ice.

“He did want to sue me but I think he’s not doing it now, I think he realised he shouldn’t have personally gone for me. There’s so much more he could have said and he didn’t need to bring up about the lift and the weight.”

Earlier this week, Gardiner hinted that the feud was far from over as he showed love for tweets slamming her icy plunge as “karma” and others that branded her “vile”.

But Collins insists that all she can do is “keep putting the love out there”.

She also hit back at claims that her fall was “faked", claiming that she "blacked out" from low blood pressure.

Dancing On Ice continues Sunday at 6pm on ITV.
