David Beckham made sure his sons were wide awake and ready for school as he joined them for a three-mile morning run.
The former Manchester United ace posted a short clip of him on a jog with Romeo, 16, and Cruz, 13.
With the trio wrapped up warm, David said morning to his boys before asking Cruz how many miles he was getting in before school.
David then turned to Romeo and complimented him on his new haircut as the teen kept up the pace.

The early morning run seems to be a weekly thing, with David sharing a similar video of himself and his sons last week.
The ex-sportsman and his wife Victoria often share snapshots of their four kids – who also include Brooklyn, 19, and Harper, seven – as well as their pet dogs,Olive and Fig.

The A-List family opened their hearts to the tiny cocker spaniel last September, with all three of the famous sons urging fans to “welcome the new pooch to the family”.
David and Victoria are celebrating 10 years of marriage this year, with the former Spice Girl recently gushing over her “soulmate” husband.
