Beth Tweddle has been discharged from hospital after injuring herself on The Jump.
The Olympic gymnast, who broke her back during training for the Channel 4 show, reassured fans that she’s on the mend.
On Tuesday afternoon, the 30-year-old posted a photo of herself on Twitter wearing a neck brace and standing up on her own.
She wrote: “Hi Everyone I just wanted to let you know the good news that I am being discharged from hospital today.”

Tweddle was airlifted to hospital after crashing into a barrier two weeks ago, undergoing surgery on two fractured vertebrae in her neck.
At the weekend her parents released a statement, which read: “Since her surgery, Beth has managed to walk a few steps whilst being assisted by the nursing team.
“She is still very tired from the operation but the medical team are pleased with the progress she is making.

“At the moment we aren't certain of the timescale for her recovery. We are taking each day as it comes and will update you when there is further news.”
Other contestants who have injured themselves this series include Rebecca Adlington, Tina Hobley and Joe Swash.
