Adele has said she’s ‘too scared’ to think about having another baby at the moment following her battle with postpartum depression.

The British superstar, 28, who gave birth to son Angelo in 2012, felt ‘reluctant’ to talk about her struggle with the disease after becoming a new mother.

But the singer has now spoken out about her depression in a new interview with Vanity Fair, saying that she felt that she’d made a huge ‘mistake’ in the months after giving birth.

When asked if she was considering having another child, Adele said: “I’m too scared. I had really bad postpartum depression after I had my son, and it frightened me.

She added: “One day I said to a friend, ‘I f****** hate this,’ and she just burst into tears and said, ‘I f****** hate this, too.’”
