Adele has ruled herself out of performing at the Super Bowl half-time show in 2017.
The singer said she was asked to perform at the annual US sporting event but turned down the offer because the show is "not about music".
The 27-year-old made the admission during a recent gig in Los Angeles, and told the crowd: "First of all, I'm not doing the Super Bowl.
"I mean, that show is not about music. And I can't dance or anything like that. They were very kind, they did ask me, but I did say no.
"I'm sorry, but maybe next time."
She also shut down reports that she is pregnant and planning to announce the news at the Super Bowl on February 5.
"I got a text today from one of my friends in England asking me if im pregnant," she said.
"I mean I know I'm bloated, I'm struggling I haven't worked out for a couple of weeks. They read that I was going to announce it at the Super Bowl.
"I was seven months pregnant when I announced it last time so I'm hardly going to announce it at the Super Bowl am I."
Organisers were said to be desperate to secure the British singer for the event which will be held at Houston's NRG Stadium in Texas.

A source told The Sun: "There is nobody bigger in the world than Adele right now and organisers are doing absolutely everything they can to try to persuade her to sign up.
"She's sold out every date on her tour, everyone wants a piece of her and they know they can bank on her bringing in the viewers."
