Fans in Canada and the United States will be able to view a live stream of Bonnie Tyler’s funeral, which is scheduled for midday on Monday at St Mary’s Church in Swansea.

The ceremony is limited to invited guests and family members. An organist will perform pieces associated with Welsh artists such as Tom Jones, Shirley Bassey and Tyler herself. The male choir Only Men Aloud is scheduled to sing "Total Eclipse of the Heart" and the congregation is expected to sing the hymn "Calon Lan".
Following the service, the body will be taken on a procession through Skewen, near Neath, at about 1:20 p.m., after which a private family committal and farewell will take place.
Broadcast and public viewing
The service will be broadcast online and shown on a large screen in St David’s Square, enabling remote viewers to watch the proceedings in real time.
Background
Bonnie Tyler, born Gaynor Hopkins, died in July at the age of 75. She had been placed in an induced coma after emergency intestinal surgery in Portugal and died months later.
During the preceding weekend, residents and mourners lined the streets of Mumbles in Swansea as the coffin was returned to her residence.
Legacy and fan response
Tyler’s 1983 single "Total Eclipse of the Heart" reached number one in both Canada and the United States and continues to receive regular airplay on classic‑rock radio stations across North America. Canadian and American fans are posting tributes on social media, saying her music influenced their youth.
