Prince William, Kate and Harry will today join the heartbroken families of the London terror attack victims for a remembrance service in Westminster.

The invite-only ‘Service of Hope’ will be held at Westminster Abbey at midday on Wednesday and is set to be broadcast live on TV.

It comes two weeks to the day when Kent-born terrorist Khalid Masood ploughed a car along Westminster Bridge before stabbing a police officer outside the Houses of Parliament. Four people died and many more were wounded.

Survivors, horrified witnesses and brave members of the emergency services will stand with the Royals in the congregation at the iconic abbey, just metres from where the attack happened.

Home Secretary Amber Rudd, Metropolitan Police Acting Commissioner Craig Mackey and London Mayor Sadiq Khan will be at the multi-faith service.

Also attending will be victims who were injured, police officers, firefighters, paramedics, RNLI crew members and NHS workers.

American tourist Kurt Cochran, 54, retired window cleaner Leslie Rhodes, 75, and Aysha Frade, 44, died when 52-year-old Masood drove at pedestrians on Westminster Bridge.

The attacker was shot dead by armed police after fatally stabbing PC Keith Palmer, 48.

The service will be broadcast on BBC One with coverage presented by Dan Walker starting at 11.30am.
