The Overground’s Suffragette line has been suspended after a vehicle hit a bridge at Leyton Midland Road station in east London.
Meanwhile the Mildmay line is partially suspended due to a signal failure with disruption expected into the evening.
The problem at Kentish Town West has stopped trains running between Gospel Oak and Stratford.
National Rail estimated the disruption would continue until 7pm.
On the Tube, the Jubilee line is still suffering severe delays due to a points failure.
The issue at Wembley Park has affected the entire line since early this morning.

No service on Suffragette line as vehicle hits bridge
The Suffragette line has been entirely suspended after a vehicle hit a railway bridge in east London.
The vehicle hit the bridge at Leyton Midland Road, Transport for London said.
It is unclear how long disruption will last.
Tickets are being accepted on London Underground via any reasonable route, TfL said.
Jubilee line delays continue
A points failure is continuing to blight the Jubilee line.
TfL has been reporting “severe delays” for most of the day - with no change to the status at 3.45pm.
Mildmay line disruption
Looking towards the evening rush hour, commuters relying on the Oveground’s Mildmay line are facing a headache as the service is currently partially suspended.

One of London’s busiest lines - the Elizabeth line - is facing minor delays between Paddington and Abbey Wood due to an earlier person falling ill on a train at Paddington.
There’s a good service on the rest of the line.

The Central line is experiencing minor delays between Leytonstone and Epping/Hainault via Newbury Park, and between North Acton and Ealing Broadway/West Ruislip.
This is due to train cancellations.

The Metropolitan line is facing minor delays between Harrow-on-the-Hill and Aldgate while TfL fix a track fault at Willesden Green.
