A broken down train has brought a busy section of the London Overground to a standstill on Thursday evening.
Trains are unable to run between Richmond and Camden Road while Network Rail fix a fault freight train at Willesden Junction.
Services between Stratford and Camden Road and between Willesden Junction and Clapham Junction have been hit by severe delays due to the issue. National Rail warned disruption is expected until 11pm.
Earlier on Thursday there were severe delays on the Circle and District lines following a casualty on the track.
The Circle Line was completely suspended on Thursday afternoon as emergency services responded to the incident, but had reopened with delays by around 2.20pm.
A spokesperson for the British Transport Police said: “Officers were called to Gloucester Road underground station at around 11.13am today (6 June) following reports of a casualty on the tracks. Paramedics also attended, and a person was taken to hospital with life-changing injuries.”
It comes after a woman was rushed to hospital following a collision involving a car and a lorry on Chalk Farm Road.
Meanwhile, Elizabeth line commuters travelling through east London are facing disruption for the whole of Thursday.

The Docklands Light Railway is experiencing minor delays between Lewisham and Stratford/Bank due to a faulty train at Island Gardens. All other routes are operating with good service.

Trains between Heathrow Terminal 5, London Paddington, London Liverpool Street, and Gidea Park/Shenfield are running at reduced speeds due to a defective track at Ilford.
Trains passing through this station may be cancelled, delayed by up to 10 minutes or have revised schedules. This disruption is expected to continue until the end of the day.
Circle Line fully open but with severe delays
The Circle Line has now fully reopened following the earlier casualty, but is running with severe delays.
There are also severe delays on the District Line, but the earlier delays on the Overground have ended and it is now operating with a good service, says TfL.

The Circle Line is now running again anti-clockwise, but with severe delays. There is still no clockwise service running.
Severe delays on London Overground
There are severe delays between Stratford and Gospel Oak due to an earlier faulty train at Gospel Oak. All other routes are operating with good service.
