The winner of the Omaze Million Pound House Draw London, which is being backed by Rita Ora, will get the keys to a five‑bedroom period home in Mapesbury, north London worth £3.5 million along with £250,000 in cash.
The house boasts a number of features, including original stained‑glass windows, high ceilings, oak herringbone flooring and an open plan kitchen and dining area with doors leading onto the garden which has a treehouse and zip line.
Set within the Mapesbury Conservation area, which is prized for its leafy streets and period architecture, the property comes mortgage‑free, with all stamp duty and legal fees covered, plus £195,000 worth of furnishings.
The winner will also receive £250,000 in cash to help them settle in, and can choose to either move in, rent it out for supplementary income, or sell up to become a cash multi‑millionaire.
If they choose to rent it out, estimates suggest the property could achieve a long‑term rental value of between £12,000 and £13,000 per month.
Charity Impact
The Omaze Million Pound House Draw, London, will also raise money to support London's Air Ambulance Charity, with a guaranteed donation of £1,000,000.
London's Air Ambulance Charity's advanced medical teams are the only ones who can get to a patient in time to make a difference. Their vehicles can get across the capital in under 11 minutes and their teams are the only ones able to perform hospital‑level surgery at scene.

Following a successful trial, the transformative funding from Omaze will allow London's Air Ambulance teams to deliver dedicated ECMO‑enabled teams throughout the week and establish these teams in parallel to their existing service for traumatic injury.
