A motorcyclist is fighting for his life in hospital after he was hit by a car and then collided with a pedestrian.

Police said the male motorcycle rider suffered life-threatening injuries when he was struck by a car as it turned left in Trafalgar Road, Greenwich.

The motorcyclist then collided with a man walking in the street, a Metropolitan Police Service spokesman said.

Both men have taken to a south London hospital but the pedestrian’s injuries are said to be less serious.
