This is the moment paramedics rushed to save a man who was seriously injured after falling from Westminster Bridge.
The man, believed to be in his 40s, was stretchered from outside the Houses of Parliament after falling 15 feet and injuring his head.
Paramedics put the man in a neck brace before he was taken to hospital.
The London Air Ambulance landed in parliament square after the incident just after midday yesterday.

A Metropolitan Police spokeswoman confirmed the man had been taken to a major trauma centre in a central London hospital and the incident was not being treated as suspicious.
The RNLI also attended the scene and an onboard medic was the first to assess the man, who was said to be conscious but confused.
David Holt, 47, from Highbury, told the Standard: “I saw police on the bridge and there was a crowd looking down at the police boat, lifeboat and all the paramedics there.
“I stood there for about 30 minutes and watched all the paramedics and saw them helping him.

“He looked conscious when they were lifting him up and they were talking to him. It’s not a great height – 15 to 20 feet maximum - but he looked completely out of it.
“I didn’t see anyone with him. I looked on the bridge and there was no one there, so it seems like he was on his own.”
