A man has been charged with a series of offences after video emerged showing a person on a mobility scooter reversing into two elderly women at a London bus stop.
Aaron Ali, 40, from Thamesmead, south-east London was charged with two counts of ABH, possession of cannabis and two counts of criminal damage.
CCTV footage circulated on social media following the incident on Thursday, June 14 in Upper Wickham Lane, Welling.
Ali, of Poplar Place, will appear in custody at Bexley Magistrates' Court on Wednesday.
