Former Chelsea footballer Kerry Dixon charged with drugs offence ONE TIME USE

Former Chelsea and England footballer Kerry Dixon has been charged with possessing drugs.

The 52-year-old former striker, of Dunstable, Bedfordshire, was charged with possession of a clas A controlled drug.

Kim White, 46, of the same address, has been charged with the same offence.

Both have been bailed to appear at Luton Magistrates Court on August 14.

Mr Dixon currently works for Chelsea’s hospitality team and is sometimes a pundit on Chelsea TV.

He has played for Southampton, Luton Town and Watford, as well as England in 1986 for the World Cup in Mexico.
