Subaru Levorg will cost from £27,495

On UK sale from September, Subaru’s Levorg all-wheel-drive estate will come in just one high-specification format costing under £28,000.

Besides a handy 522 litres of space in the load bay with the rear seats in place, the Levorg GT boasts a rich package of standard equipment including a 7.0in touchscreen satnav, dual-zone air conditioning, blue stitched leather trim, a reversing camera, automatic lights and wipers, keyless entry and start and 18in alloy wheels.

There’s also a big array of standard safety equipment. For those occasions when a driver needs to blind-reverse out of a parking space, a new ‘Subaru Rear Vehicle Detection’ (SRVD) system alerts them to the presence of a moving car.

In addition there are lane change assist and regular blind spot warning systems.
