The 2018 Met Gala will be co-hosted by Donatella Versace, Amal Clooney and Rihanna, it has been revealed.
While Clooney has only attended the event once - in 2015 and wearing red John Galliano - Rihanna and Donatella are regulars.
Often two of the most anticipated arrivals, Rihanna is known for her stringent adherence to each year's annual theme while Donatella is often behind a number of the best dresses in attendance.
2015's Met Gala saw Rihanna become an overnight meme sensation in the yellow Guo Pei, before upping the stakes last year in a work of architectural genius by Comme des Garçons.
But what is the 2018 event's theme?
It was rumoured back in August that next year's gala would be centred around religion.
Confirming the rumours, The Costume Institute revealed via US Vogue that next year's theme will be Heavenly Bodies: Fashion and the Catholic Imagination.
