The Aqua group, which owns Hutong restaurant in Hong Kong, will launch the venture,its first outside China, this autumn. It will have two dining spaces: aqua nueva, with contemporary northern Spanish dishes, and aqua kyoto, serving Japanese food on a roof terrace with views of London.
