Pop star Rachel Stevens was robbed of jewellery by three muggers who followed her home, it has emerged.
The three men ambushed the former S Club 7 singer, who was runner-up in Strictly Come Dancing last year, as she entered her flat in Primrose Hill, north London, yesterday afternoon.
They made her hand over several items including an engagement ring, a necklace and a Rolex watch.
A Met spokesman said: "It's believed the woman returned to her flat and was followed into the premises by three males.
"The suspects are understood to have threatened her before making off with a quantity of jewellery."
Her spokeswoman Charlotte Hickson said: "Rachel did experience an intrusion and is shaken but otherwise okay."
The singer became engaged to actor Alex Bourne two years ago.
