PUBLIC relations gurus Martin Bostock and Roger Nelson stand to share about £6.5m, mostly in cash, from the sale on Friday of their company Nelson Bostock Communications to larger rival Creston.
Creston is buying NBC, the Bayswater-based agency founded by Bostock and Nelson in 1987, in a deal worth up to £10.7m in cash, Creston shares and loan notes.
NBC shareholders get £6.7m on completion of the deal including £4.25m cash, the bulk going to Bostock and Nelson who each own 34% stakes in the business.
Creston will pay up to £4m in cash by 31 March 2007.
