I find Atkins really works for me and I've finally lost all my postbaby pounds. Before I had my daughter I could eat whatever I wanted without putting on weight, but it was a different story afterwards. I tried low-fat and soup diets but nothing worked. I hate feeling deprived of food, but with Atkins I never do. It helps stabilise my blood sugar and gives me more energy. I don't drink but I do smoke 20 cigarettes a day - unfortunately, I don't find it cuts my appetite at all. I work out three times a week at a gym with a trainer. I told my trainer his goal was to make me look like Demi Moore post-surgery. I'm really happy with my body at the moment; I'm probably in the best shape ever.
