Greek bid to sue PM over war

A team of Greek lawyers today launched a bid to indict Tony Blair for "illegally" attacking Iraq.

They arrived at the International Criminal Court in The Hague to file against the PM, Foreign Secretary Jack Straw and Defence Secretary Geoff Hoon.

Britain maintains the invasion was lawful.
