Another day in Paradis

Hollywood actor Johnny Depp says he would never ask his long-term girlfriend Vanessa Paradis to marry him as it would ruin her 'perfect name'.

The Pirates Of The Caribbean star said he often thought about proposing to the mother of his two children but the name issue had held him back.

'It's so perfect and so beautiful,' he added. 'It would be a drag to stick her with Paradis-Depp. It's like a flat note.'

But he said he would not hesitate if she was to propose to him. 'She's the woman of my life,' he insisted. 'I would do it in a second.'
