Katie Holmes is selling her house in the celebrity enclave of Calabasas, Los Angeles county.
The actress bought the six-bedroom 6,040sq ft home in 2014 after her divorce from Tom Cruise, paying nearly £3 million.
Now it’s back on the market at £3.5 million with Sotheby’s International Realty.
Holmes revamped the property to suit her taste, creating a master suite with a glazed sitting area, a walk-in wardrobe and an outdoor sun deck.
She no longer uses the house as her main base, as she spends most of her time in New York, where Suri, her 13-year-old daughter with the Mission: Impossible actor, goes to school in Manhattan.
