Gary Oldman has sold his Hollywood home to High School Musical star Vanessa Hudgens and her actor-singer boyfriend Austin Butler.
Oldman will be pleased with his profit on the Los Feliz mansion, which went for just under £4 million. The London-born actor and film-maker paid £2.2 million in 2011.
The 3,168sq ft Georgian Colonial house has three bedrooms, a pool and spa plus a one-bedroom guesthouse in the half-acre grounds, behind thick hedges and security gates.
These days Oldman spends most of his time in California’s Palm Springs.
