Florentine's Herculean Truffle Burger is for hard core burger fans.

With the patty alone weighing a kilo, the rest of the plate constitutes another kilo of delectable treats. We are talking about 600 g brioche bun made in house, slices of locally cured bacon, Portobello mushrooms, beef tomatoes, Montgomery cheese, homemade truffle mayonnaise with lashings of freshly grated truffle and homemade chips, dips and sweet potato fries.
