The new Marylebone restaurant will be celebrating its launch by giving away 50 free – yes, free – specially designed "Hippy" poké bowls to keen customers at midday today.
Hippy Fish presents an Antipodean take on the dish of raw, cubed, marinated fish, with its Australian founders championing a combination of relaxed beachy vibes and a premium approach to poké – they'll even be selling a black caviar and lobster bowl for those who like their fish fancy.
