Gordon Ramsay is opening the 100th restaurant in his empire, at the development documented in his recent Netflix documentary, Being Gordon Ramsay.

The series follows the chef as he opens multiple restaurants at once, at one site — 22 Bishopsgate.

Now, beneath both Lucky Cat and his recently Michelin-starred RGR High, there is an outpost of Bread Street Kitchen & Bar on the 59th floor. Bookings are being taken as of today, February 25, and the restaurant will open on May 6.

Like the existing restaurants, Bread Street Kitchen will offer some of the best views of the city.

The chain, which this year turns 15, is known worldwide with existing restaurants not just across the UK, but in China, Singapore and Dubai too.

At 22 Bishopsgate, it will operate all day, offering breakfast from 6.30am during the week and, seven days a week, serving lunch, afternoon tea, supper and late night dining. On Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays, the restaurant will be open till 3am, with DJ sets playing. On Sundays there will be live music.

The venue looks to be more ambitious than a typical Bread Street opening: alongside the restaurant will be a dedicated sports bar with a 24-hour licence, aiming to offer drinkers sport from across the world, at any time.

The menu, too, is expansive, with 35 dishes offered, including lobster Benedict and Galician T-bone steak. Alongside the à la carte menu, there will be a five-course tasting menu, a first for the Bread Street brand. Two additional set menus will be available for groups.

  • London has 88 Michelin restaurants in 2026, compared to the 85 in the 2025 guide.
  • Though there were 11 new additions, the relatively slight increase is in part down to some losses owing to closures, with La Dame de Pic, the City; Bibendum; Dosa; Cornerstone; and The Five Fields all going since last year’s guide.
  • Here are all of London’s one, two and three-star restaurants...

The opening follows Ramsay’s long and storied career. The chef trained under Marco Pierre White and in France before becoming head chef at Aubergine, where he earned two Michelin stars. In opened Restaurant Gordon Ramsay in 1998, which went on to win three Michelin stars, which it still holds today.
