A new food and drink offering in the City is bringing together bubbles and balls, along with views of St Paul’s Cathedral.
The newly refurbished and relaunched Searcys One New Change has a menu built around Champagnes and a selection of meatballs.
The food operates on a ‘pick and mix’ system where diners can choose from beef or pork meatballs, served with either pasta or ciabatta, along with a sauce (pesto or tomato and pancetta), and a choice of varying toppings including gorgonzola, anchovies and smoked almonds.
A ‘vermuteria’ bar will serve a range of vermouth and vermouth cocktails for those who don’t fancy fizz, while the food will also be available on a street food stall within the shopping centre itself, in a bid to tempt quick-lunching City workers.
