After slaving away in the kitchen on Christmas Day, letting someone else do the hard work on Boxing Day seems like a rather good idea.
Gaucho Piccadilly and Gaucho Tower Bridge are continuing the Christmas feast with the Big Boxing Day Brunch.
The menu has been designed so that any dish can be ordered as many times as you like. Brunch classics are served with a festive Gaucho twist.
Bubble and squeak comes with chimichurri while Gaucho Benedict comprises pulled salt beef.
An oozing Panettone, served with whipped cream, is a tempting pudding.

The restaurants have also teamed up with Monkey Shoulder whisky to offer a festive cocktail bar. There are classic winter warmers alongside the Gaucho Bloody Mary and an Aperol Spritz. Or try a pimped-up hot chocolate, made extra decadent by stirring Monkey Shoulder Whisky and Christmas spices through the Dulce de Leche.
The brunch menu is available from 11am-3pm on December 26 and is all inclusive at £65 per person.
