What: Passionfruit yoghurt

Taste assessment: It’s so irritating when you pick out a fruit yoghurt and find there is no fruit. This yoghurt is sweetened with honey, thick and utterly delicious — with a good dollop of passion fruit compote. It is creamy — more like panna cotta — and we liked how the fruit is separate from the yoghurt so not only can you make swirling patterns with your spoon but you can control how much of each you put on it.
