It’s packed with succulent, spicy lamb, the wrap itself is lightly toasted and there is a light yoghurt dressing on the meat. It’s accompanied by sweet pea shoots and scattered with pistachio nuts and pink jewel-like pomegranate seeds. Portions are generous, so it keeps the afternoon urge to snack at bay.
