Award-winning mixologist Simone Caporale has teamed up with top bartenders and creative experts for an Italian-themed drinks extravaganza in east London.
Caporale took the bartenders from the likes of Swift, Chiltern Firehouse and The London EDITION to Italy and challenged them to create bespoke cocktails combining citrus fruits with Peroni beer.
Their creations will be served up at the House of Peroni which opens in Shoreditch next month. They include Chinotto Montemoro, inspired by the chinotto groves of Liguria; Punch on the coast, with Cinque Terre lemon, and Bergamot Tramonto, said to be “inspired by the streets of Genoa”.
House of Peroni is at the N&C Showrooms, on Shoreditch High Street, from Thursday October 5 to Sunday October 15.
